This 3 week online weight loss program, will focus on helping you create great habits to lose weight and keep it off. We will be celebrating the daily and weekly achievements,rather than just the weight loss result.
When you consistently make small changes and enjoy the journey, you will be rewarded with your desired results. If you focus on just the end desired weight loss result, you will derail too quickly and give up. There you go, I am already giving you hints on your permanent long term success.
When you feel better, more confident and know what to do, you will then continue. Enjoy the small wins bc they give you the ultimate reward.
THIS 3 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM WILL BE CONDUCTED VIA PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP. THERE WILL BE:
- daily interaction and accountability for individualized advice
- 3 live 20min exercise sessions conducted by Personal Trainers Steven and Helen Bauzon. These sessions will be conducted for all fitness levels and abilities
- Weekly presentations by Jutta, Transformational Coach
- One presentation from Phil Dyck, Exercise Physiologist
- Weekly dietary presentations from Helen Bauzon – Dietitian
THE OVER GOAL OF THE TEAM IS TO HELP YOU:
- Manage emotional / non-hungry eating
- Understand the best balance and types of foods to eat to feel your best
- Eat and exercise at the correct times of the day for best weight, gut and mind health
- Know how to prevent injuries when exercising
- Get your mind, gut and heart energy, balanced to reach your potential
- Stay focused and accountable over the full 3 weeks
Each presentation will occur at different times of the day and evening. If you can’t attend then they are all saved to refer to as often you like. You will be able to ask as many questions as you like during each presentation.
