4 week program

This is a 4 week program that will teach you to:

  1. Control your sweet and savory cravings
  2. Remain focused and avoid falling off track for weeks and months leading to weight regain
  3. Simplify the art of losing and keeping your weight off, by never dieting again


  1. weekly 1 hr presentations by Helen followed by a 45min exercise session with Steven Bauzon (Personal Trainer) Now don’t fret, take the biggest loser out of your mind. The exercise sessions will be fun and effective to burn maximum calories with no pain and tailored to your physical and medical capabilities.
  2. weekly 30minute power accountability teleconference call, mid week
  3. Access to one of my online dietary presentations that meet your specific needs (general weight loss, high cholesterol, diabetes, weight loss surgery and IBS ), for FREE valued at $120
  4. Ongoing support: access to 12 month teleconference monthly calls, for FREE valued at $360
  5. Unlimited email and SMS support during the 4 week program

Fee: $400

When: Sunday 8am to 10am starting 4th June (skipping Queens birthday long weekend) through to 2nd July. This allows you plenty of time to enjoy the remaining day.
