Ingredients
- 2 cups reduced fat milk
- 200g tub 99% fat-free banana yoghurt
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs wheatgerm
Method
- Step 1, Place milk, yoghurt, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a blender.
- Step 2, Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Step 3, Pour into serving glasses and serve.
