Ingredients

  • 2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 200g tub 99% fat-free banana yoghurt
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled, halved
  • 2 tbs honey
  • 2 tbs wheatgerm

 

Method

  • Step 1, Place milk, yoghurt, bananas, honey and wheatgerm in a blender.
  • Step 2, Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Step 3, Pour into serving glasses and serve.
