Ingredients
- 3 oranges, rind finely grated, juiced
- 3cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
- Combine 2 teaspoons orange rind, 1/2 cup orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake until well combined.
- Drizzle over noodle salad, rice salad or Asian-style coleslaw.
Notes
- Note: You can store dressing in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
