Ingredients

  • 3 oranges, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 3cm piece ginger, peeled, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon salt-reduced soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey

 

Method

  1. Combine 2 teaspoons orange rind, 1/2 cup orange juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey and salt and pepper in a screw-top jar. Secure lid. Shake until well combined.
  2. Drizzle over noodle salad, rice salad or Asian-style coleslaw.

Notes

  • Note: You can store dressing in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 7 days.
